Land & Water Tour Guide

Winter Walks

Since 2015, I have arranged local walks for groups averaging 30 participants. Tour your own town with a guide, and explore mapped trails. Two hour, easy hikes connect participants with the past, present and future of your community.


Each hike begins from a different access point.

Snowshoeing if snow cover allows!

 

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Paddles

Spring, summer and fall, scheduled
suburban paddles, local access:

  • Concord River 

  • Merrimack River

  • Salmon Brook

Interpretive Signs

Marlies Henderson has been researching, compiling and designing Interpretive Signs

since 2015.

When we gain a deeper understanding of the history and ecology of the places we interact with, we respect and can enjoy these resources more.
